• Dr. Manmohan Singh is a Rajya Sabha MP from Assam
• Guwahati is the capital of Assam
• On Monday, July 9, a young girl was molested & stripped in public by 20 thugs @ Guwahati, and it was duly taped and telecast by a TV Channel

Thats it. I do not want to jump to conclusions and talk about anything further.
